The Raft is a rapidly expanding, exciting, full service advertising agency based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.We’re looking for a talented and highly experienced Production Director/Traffic Controller, with a remit to monitor and control the entire creative and production studio within the business. Implementing strong agency process’s and working closely with the client facing teams to deliver accurate budgets/costings/timings. Main areas of expertise need to be offline/print, however knowledge of online production would also be a benefit. You need to be meticulous in terms of attention to detail, have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and boundless energy! Ideally candidates will have at least 5 years experience working for a leading UK advertising agency. The role offers a generous salary for the right candidate and offers considerable scope for career progression within the business, including the potential to join the board at a later date.
